Returns & Delivery

We send all of our clothing by 2nd Class Standard UK signed for Delivery. This has a flat rate fee of £3.95. Please note that the delivery can usually take 3-5 working days but it’s not guaranteed because it can depend on your location.

We will not take responsibility for orders made using an incorrect address. This is because as a customer, it’s your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct at the time of purchase.

If we should need to claim for lost parcels with Royal Mail and you have entered the wrong or incomplete address, then you’ll only get back the value that Royal Mail refunds. If they do not refund, you’ll not get your money back because you didn’t enter your correct address when ordering.
